Sober Living

Sober living in Richmond, VA — a steady, respectful place to rebuild.

Serenity & Grace Living is a furnished co-ed shared home for adults who want stability while they focus on recovery, work and next steps.

Who it's for

Independent living with the basics handled.

We welcome adults in sober living alongside seniors, individuals on a fixed income, adults in transition and those re-entering the community. Residents come and go freely, keep their own routines, and share clean, cared-for common spaces — the living room, the shared kitchen and the laundry area.

There is no clinical program on site. What we provide is a calm household where the rent covers the essentials, so you can put your energy into meetings, employment and family.
